Article 235 Federal Labor Law

The wage of the crew members shall be paid, including the corresponding additional allocations, on the fifteenth and last day of each month. The perceptions for concept of nighttime flight time and of extraordinary time, in the first fortnight of the month following that in which they have been performed; and the amount of the days of obligatory rest, in the fortnight immediately following that in which they have been worked.

The payments, whatever their concept, shall be made in national currency and at the place of residence of the crew member, unless otherwise agreed.
