Article 251 Federal Labor Law

The employees who have been separated by reduction of personnel or of posts, even when they receive the compensation that in law proceeds, shall continue conserving the rights that they have acquired before their separation, to return to their posts, if these are created again and also so that they be called to service in the branch of work from which they left, provided that they continue belonging to the labor unions that celebrated the collective employment contracts.
