Article 254 Federal Labor Law

The employees are prohibited from:

I.The consumption of intoxicating beverages, and their traffic during the performance of their labors, for an account alien to the company;

II.The consumption of narcotics or enervating drugs, except where a medical prescription exists. Before initiating the service, the employee shall inform the employer of the fact and present the prescription signed by the physician; and

III.The traffic of enervating drugs.
