Article 3 Ter Federal Labor Law

For the purposes of this Law, the following shall be understood by:

I.Conciliating Authority: The Federal Center for Conciliation and Labor Registry or the Conciliation Centers of the states (federal entities), as applicable;

II.Registry Authority: The Federal Center for Conciliation and Labor Registry;

III.Conciliation Centers: The conciliation centers of the states (federal entities) or the Federal Center for Conciliation and Labor Registry, as applicable;

IV.Constitution: The Political Constitution of the United Mexican States;

V.Day: Reference is made to a working day, unless it is expressly mentioned that they are calendar days;

VI.Court: The labor judge, and

VII.Correr traslado (to give notice): to make available to one of the parties a document or documents at the premises of the Court, except in the cases provided in this Law.
