TITLE SIX. Special Jobs · CHAPTER XII. Work at home

The employers who give home-based work must previously register in the Register of employers of home-based work, which shall operate in the Labor Inspection (Inspección del Trabajo). The name and the domicile of the employer for whom the work shall be performed and the other data indicated by the respective regulations shall be recorded in the register.
