Article 318 Federal Labor Law

The working conditions shall be recorded in writing. Each of the parties shall keep one copy and the other shall be delivered to the Labor Inspection. The writing shall contain:

I.Name, nationality, age, sex, marital status and domicile of the employee and of the employer;

II.Premises where the work shall be performed;

III.Nature, quality and quantity of the work;

IV.Amount of the wage and date and place of payment; and

V.The other stipulations that the parties agree upon.
