Article 336 Federal Labor Law

Domestic workers have the right to a weekly rest of one and a half uninterrupted days, preferably on Saturday and Sunday. By agreement between the parties, the accumulation of the half days in periods of two weeks may be agreed, but a full day of rest must be enjoyed in each week.

The weekly rest days shall apply to domestic workers in accordance with the provisions of this article.

Domestic workers shall be entitled to the mandatory rest days provided for in article 74 of this Law.

For the purposes of the preceding paragraphs, in the event that these days are worked, the rules provided for in this Law shall apply.
