Article 341 Federal Labor Law

Non-compliance with the obligations set forth in this Law is cause for termination of the employment relationships for cause.

All those contemplated in this Law shall be considered unjustified dismissal of domestic workers, as well as those that occur for reasons of gender violence at work in an explicit manner and discrimination in accordance with the provisions of article 1°. of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States and the applicable legislation.

For the purposes of the preceding paragraph, the compensation (indemnity) shall be that provided for in article 50 of this enactment.
