TITLE SIX. Special Jobs · CHAPTER XVI. Work of Resident Physicians in a Period of Training in a Specialty

The employment relationships between the Resident Physicians and the legal person or natural person on whom the Medical Unit Receiving Residents depends shall be governed by the provisions of this Chapter and by the stipulations contained in the respective contract, insofar as they do not contradict them.
