TITLE SIX. Special Jobs · CHAPTER XVI. Work of Resident Physicians in a Period of Training in a Specialty

The employment relationship shall be for a determined time, not less than one year nor greater than the period of duration of the residency necessary to obtain the corresponding Specialization Certificate, taking into account in this latter respect the causes of termination for cause indicated in article 353. G.
In relation to this Chapter, the provisions of article 39 of this law shall not govern.
