Article 353-G Federal Labor Law
TITLE SIX. Special Jobs · CHAPTER XVI. Work of Resident Physicians in a Period of Training in a Specialty

The following are special causes of termination of the employment relationship for cause, without liability for the employer, in addition to the one established in article 47:
I.Non-compliance with the obligations referred to in sections I, II, III and VI of article 353.D;
II.The violation of the technical or administrative rules necessary for the operation of the Medical Unit Receiving Residents in which the residency is carried out;
III.The commission of faults against the rules of conduct proper to the medical profession, set forth in the Internal Work Regulations of the Medical Unit Receiving Residents.
