Article 353-I Federal Labor Law

TITLE SIX. Special Jobs · CHAPTER XVI. Work of Resident Physicians in a Period of Training in a Specialty

The provisions of this Chapter shall not be applicable to those persons who exclusively receive courses of training or instruction, as part of their professional formation, in health institutions.
