Article 353-J Federal Labor Law

The provisions of this Chapter apply to the employment relationships between administrative and academic employees and the universities and higher education institutions autonomous by law, and have as their object to achieve the balance and social justice in the employment relationships, in such a manner that they accord with the autonomy, the freedom of teaching and research and the inherent purposes of these institutions.
