TITLE SIX. Special Jobs · CHAPTER XVII. Work in Universities and Higher Education Institutions Autonomous by Law

Academic employee is the natural person who provides teaching or research services to the universities or institutions to which this Chapter refers, in accordance with the plans and programs established by the same, Administrative employee is the natural person who provides non-academic services to such universities or institutions.
