TITLE SIX. Special Jobs · CHAPTER XVII. Work in Universities and Higher Education Institutions Autonomous by Law

The labor unions and the boards thereof that are constituted in the universities or institutions to which this Chapter refers shall be formed only by the employees who provide their services in each one of them and shall be:
I.Of academic personnel;
II.Of administrative personnel, or
III.Of institution if it comprises both types of employees.
