TITLE SIX. Special Jobs · CHAPTER XVII. Work in Universities and Higher Education Institutions Autonomous by Law

For the purposes of collective bargaining between the universities and institutions and their corresponding labor unions, the rules set forth in Article 388 shall be followed. For such purpose the institution union shall receive the treatment of an enterprise union and the unions of academic personnel or of administrative personnel shall have the treatment of a craft union.
