TITLE SIX. Special Jobs · CHAPTER XVII. Work in Universities and Higher Education Institutions Autonomous by Law

The employees of the universities and institutions to which this Chapter refers shall enjoy social security systems in the terms of their organic laws, or in accordance with the agreements that are entered into based on them. These benefits may never be lower than the minimums established by the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States and this Law.
