In the strike procedure the notice for the suspension of labors must be given at least ten days in advance of the date designated to suspend the work.
In addition to the cases provided for by Article 935, before the suspension of the works, the parties or, in their absence, the court, with a hearing of the former, shall set the indispensable number of employees who must continue working so that the labors whose suspension may irreparably harm the proper progress of an investigation or an experiment in course continue to be executed.
