TITLE TWO. Individual Employment Relationships · CHAPTER III. Suspension of the effects of employment relationships

In the cases in which the competent authorities issue a declaration of health contingency, in accordance with the applicable provisions, that implies the suspension of the labors, the provisions of Article 429, section IV of this Law shall be observed.
