TITLE TWO. Individual Employment Relationships · CHAPTER III. Suspension of the effects of employment relationships

The employee must return to his work:
I.In the cases of sections I, II, IV and VII of Article 42, on the day following the date on which the cause of the suspension ends; and
II.In the cases of sections III, V and VI of Article 42, within the fifteen days following the termination of the cause of the suspension
