Article 451 Federal Labor Law

In order to suspend the work it is required:

I.That the strike has as its object one or some of those indicated in the previous article;

II.That the suspension be carried out by the majority of the employees of the company or establishment. The determination of the majority referred to in this section may only be raised as a cause to request the declaration of non-existence of the strike, in accordance with the provisions of Article 930, and in no case as a preliminary question to the suspension of the work, and

III.That the requirements indicated in Article 920 of this Law be previously complied with.
