Article 466 Federal Labor Law
TITLE EIGHT. Strikes · CHAPTER II. Objectives and procedures of strike

The striking employees shall continue rendering the following services:
I.Ships, aircraft, trains, buses and other transport vehicles that are en route, shall be driven to their point of destination; and
II.In hospitals, sanatoriums, clinics and other similar establishments, the care of the patients confined at the moment the work is suspended shall continue, until they can be transferred to another establishment.
