Article 500 Federal Labor Law

When the hazard brings as a consequence the death or the disappearance derived from a criminal act of the employee, the compensation (indemnity) shall comprise:

I.Two months of wage for funeral expenses; and

II.The payment of the amount fixed by article 502.
