TITLE THIRTEEN BIS · CHAPTER I. On the Pre-judicial Conciliation Procedure

Before going to the Courts, employees and employers must attend the corresponding Conciliation Center (Centro de Conciliación) to request the initiation of the conciliation procedure, with the exception of those cases that are exempt from exhausting it, in accordance with the provisions of this Law.
