TITLE THIRTEEN BIS · CHAPTER III. On the Procedure for the Selection of Conciliators

The participants shall have the right to:
I.Compete under equal conditions;
II.Have the place, equipment and time necessary for the presentation of the examinations, and
III.Know the results of the competition in the publications made by the Conciliation Center.
