TITLE THIRTEEN BIS · CHAPTER III. On the Procedure for the Selection of Conciliators

In order to participate in the procedure for selecting conciliators, the requirements established by this Law must be met. The Conciliating Authorities shall prepare the list of the participants, to whom they shall assign a reference number, which shall be the only means to identify the applicants in the evaluation stage of the procedure.
