Article 694 Federal Labor Law
TITLE FOURTEEN. Labor Procedural Law · CHAPTER II. On Capacity, Standing and Legitimation

The employees, the employers and the union organizations may grant power through simple appearance, prior identification, before the Courts of the place of their residence, so that they represent them before any labor authority; the legal standing shall be accredited with the certified copy issued thereof.
