TITLE FOURTEEN. Labor Procedural Law · CHAPTER II. On Capacity, Standing and Legitimation

The representatives or attorneys may accredit their legal standing in accordance with the foregoing guidelines, in each of the trials in which they appear, exhibiting a simple photocopy for its collation with the original document or one certified by authority, which shall be returned to them immediately, the duly certified copy remaining in the record.
