Article 706 Bis Federal Labor Law

For the purpose of facilitating access to justice, the local or federal judiciaries may authorize the operation, under a mobility regime, of one or more Courts according to the needs of the matters they must hear. For this purpose they shall provide for the installation of the corresponding seat during a determined period.
