Article 706 Federal Labor Law

All proceedings conducted before the incompetent Court shall be null, except the act of admission of the complaint and the provisions of articles 704 and 928 section V of this Law or, as the case may be, when an agreement has been concluded that puts an end to the matter, during the conciliation period.
