Article 709-C Federal Labor Law

Recusal shall not be admitted:

I.When complying with letters rogatory, executions and other proceedings whose practice is entrusted by other Courts;

II.In the proceedings referred to in articles 982 to 991;

III.In the others in which jurisdiction is not assumed nor do they imply knowledge of the cause, and

IV.Against the magistrates and judges who hear a recusal.
