TITLE FOURTEEN. Labor Procedural Law · CHAPTER IV. On Disqualifications and Excuses

Every recusal shall be rejected outright when:
I.It is untimely, and
II.It is not founded on any of the causes referred to in article 707 Bis of this Law, or has previously been declared inadmissible.
