Article 775 Federal Labor Law
TITLE FOURTEEN. Labor Procedural Law · CHAPTER XI. On the Continuation of the Proceedings and on Lapse

The Auxiliary Attorney shall have the powers and responsibilities of a mandatary; he must present the applications necessary for the continuation of the procedure, until its total termination.
Once the requirements referred to in the preceding articles are met, the representation of the auxiliary attorney shall cease in the proceeding in which he intervened.
