Article 791 Federal Labor Law

If the person who must answer interrogatories and answer questions has his residence outside the place where the Court is located, the Court shall issue a letter rogatory so that the declarant is summoned and what is necessary is provided so that he appears before it through the requested Court on the day and hour set for that purpose; said evidence shall be given remotely by videoconference, in which the requesting court shall conduct the production of the confessional evidence.
