When a document that comes from a third party outside the proceeding is challenged, it must be ratified in its content and signature by the signer, for which he must be summoned in the terms of section VII of article 742 of this Law.
The counterpart may formulate the questions in relation to the suitability of the ratifying person as well as on the circumstantial elements of the facts contained in the document and those of its preparation, for which the rules established in article 815 of this Law shall be observed.
