Article 895 Federal Labor Law
TITLE FOURTEEN. Labor Procedural Law · CHAPTER XVIII. On the Special Procedure

The trial hearing shall be held in the terms provided for the ordinary proceeding.
In the special proceedings, the provisions of chapters XII and XVII of this Title shall be observed, insofar as applicable.
