Article 897-G Federal Labor Law

When it concerns conflicts between labor unions referred to in articles 389 and 418 of this Law, if in the development of the proceeding the interference of the employer in favor of one of the contending labor unions or the commission of acts of violence by some of the parties is noticed, the Judge shall take the necessary measures so that the exercise of the employees' vote is carried out with full freedom and security, regardless of giving notice of the facts to the corresponding criminal and administrative authorities for their sanction.
