The Court, immediately after receiving the claim, shall order to summon the defendant party to answer within the term of fifteen days.
The answering brief shall meet the same requirements demanded for the claim, including where applicable the objection of the opposing party's evidence, the procedural exceptions and the evidence with which these are proven.
With the answer, notice shall be given to the plaintiff party so that within the term of five days it states what corresponds and, where applicable, objects the defendant's evidence. If it objects the evidence, it shall offer the pertinent evidentiary means.
Once the notice has been taken or the term for taking it has elapsed, the Court shall summon the parties to a hearing that shall be held within the following twenty-five days.
In the order that sets the day and hour for the holding of the hearing, the Court shall rule regarding the admission of the evidence offered by the parties, ordering its taking within said hearing.
The expert evidence shall be rendered by means of official experts, who shall accept the office within the three days following the date of their appointment.
The report of the official experts shall be presented at least ten days in advance of the date of the hearing so that a copy of it is served on the parties so that they may make in writing the objections and arguments they consider convenient, which they shall do within the term of five days following its receipt. Each party may appoint one or more experts to associate with those appointed by the Court or to render their report separately.
The employees and the employers may appoint two commissions composed of the number of persons determined by the Court, to accompany the experts in the investigation and indicate to them the observations and suggestions they judge convenient.
