Article 907 Federal Labor Law
TITLE FOURTEEN. Labor Procedural Law · CHAPTER XIX. Procedures of Collective Conflicts of an Economic Nature

The experts appointed by the Court shall satisfy the following requirements:
I.Be Mexican and be in full exercise of their rights;
II.Be legally authorized and qualified to practice the technique, science or art on which the expert appraisal bears, except in the cases in which no authorization is required, but they shall have the knowledge of the matter in question; and
III.Not have been convicted of an intentional crime.
