Article 910 Federal Labor Law

The report of the experts shall contain, at least:

I.The facts and causes that gave origin to the conflict;

II.The relationship between the cost of living per family and the wages received by the employees;

III.The average wages paid in companies or establishments of the same branch of industry and the general working conditions in force in them;

IV.The economic conditions of the company or companies or of the establishment or establishments;

V.The general condition of the industry of which the company or establishment forms part;

VI.The general conditions of the markets;

VII.The statistical indices that tend to specify the national economy; and

VIII.The manner in which, in its opinion, the conflict may be solved.
