Article 925 Federal Labor Law

For the effects of this Chapter, public services are understood to be those of communications and transport, those of light and electric power, those of cleaning, those of use and distribution of waters destined to the service of the populations, those of gas, sanitary services, hospital services, cemetery services and food services, when they refer to articles of prime necessity, provided that in this last case an entire branch of the service is affected.
