Article 952 Federal Labor Law

Only the following are excepted from attachment:

I.The property that constitutes the family patrimony;

II.Those that belong to the dwelling house, provided that they are of indispensable use;

III.The machinery, the instruments, tools and animals of a company or establishment, insofar as they are necessary for the development of its activities.

The company or establishment may be attached, in accordance with the provisions of article 966 of this Law;

IV.The standing crops before being harvested, but not the rights over the sowings;

V.The weapons and horses of the military in active service, indispensable for the latter, in accordance with the laws;

VI.The right of usufruct, but not the fruits thereof;

VII.The rights of use and of habitation; and

VIII.The easements, unless the land in whose favor they are constituted is attached.
