TITLE FIFTEEN. Execution Procedures · CHAPTER I · Section Two. On the attachment procedure

If the attached property is money or credits realizable on the spot, the Court Clerk shall make the attachment and place them at the disposal of the Court, which must resolve immediately on the payment to the plaintiff.
