TITLE FIFTEEN. Execution Procedures · CHAPTER I · Section Two. On the attachment procedure

The Court Clerk shall demand of the defendant that he exhibit the respective documents and contracts, so that it is recorded in the record and he attests to the conditions stipulated therein.
