TITLE FIFTEEN. Execution Procedures · CHAPTER I · Section Two. On the attachment procedure

If the credit is litigious, the attachment and the name of the depositary shall be notified to the authority that takes cognizance of the respective trial, so that the latter may perform the obligations imposed on him by the final part of the preceding article.
