Article 965 Federal Labor Law

The plaintiff may request the extension of the attachment:

I.When the attached property is not sufficient to cover the amounts for which execution was issued, after the appraisal thereof has been rendered; and

II.When a third-party claim is filed and an order of admission has been issued.

The Court may decree the extension if, in its judgment, the circumstances referred to in the preceding sections concur, without bringing it to the knowledge of the defendant.
