TITLE FIFTEEN. Execution Procedures · CHAPTER I · Section Two. On the attachment procedure

If the attached property is real property, the Court, under its responsibility, shall order, within the following 24 hours, the registration in the Public Registry of Property (Registro Público de la Propiedad).
