Current text · last reform published in the Official Gazette of the Federation (DOF) on 14 May 2026
When in the trials heard before the Court a judgment for a liquidated amount has been issued or the corresponding liquidation has been made, the Court shall make it known to the judicial or administrative authority that has been given notice, in the terms of article 980 of this Law, forwarding to it a certified copy of the judgment, as well as of the resolution on the preferential third-party claim for credit, so that the same be taken into account when applying the proceeds of the property auctioned or adjudicated.
If the employer, before the auction, has made payment in order to release its property, the amount of the labor credits for which the notice was given must be paid out of that payment.
