TITLE FIFTEEN. Execution Procedures · CHAPTER III. Para-procedural or voluntary procedures

There shall be processed in accordance with the provisions of this chapter all those matters that, by mandate of the Law, by their nature or at the request of an interested party, require the intervention of the Court, without any dispute between determined parties having been brought before the court.
