Article 984 Federal Labor Law

When by provision of the Law or of some authority or by agreement of the parties, a deposit or bond must be granted, the interested party or interested parties may appear before the Court in charge, which shall receive it and, as the case may be, shall communicate it to the interested party.

The cancellation of the bond or the return of the deposit may also be processed before the Court in charge, which shall rule immediately, with notice to the beneficiary and upon proof that he has complied with the obligations secured by the bond or the deposit, and shall authorize its cancellation or return.
